My name is
Maria Nordell-Baczynski and I am a professional singer and also a
voice
and sound
teacher working in Stockholm, Sweden. 1 have had the opportunity
to meet
and work
with throath singer Nikolay Oorzhak from Tuva in Siberia and his
disciple
Dr.Vladislav
Matrenitsky from Ukraine.
I have been
teaching voice development for over twenty years and I have had
over
2 000
clients. After a lesson with Nikolay Oorzhak and Vladislav
Matrenitsky in throat
singing I
did fully understand how much both the body and the voice had
changed in a
positive
way.
The
exercises thai Nikolay Oorzhak taught me gave me a richer and a
more powerful
voice and
also a stronger expression in my voice. His way of focusing on the
sound
through
working with over tones was a totally new to me.
I strongly
recommend khoomei, it is an extremely good way to both develope
the voice
and
to become a better listener. The body exercises he showed also led

very good workshop!
The
body feels like a Tibetan singingbowl filled with water and
vibrated – so that the water starts popping
like a fountain! A tool for life to make the body sound and
healthy – now we newer will pass the age of 33! Since sound is one
of the best carriers of emotions it’s a great tool to get rid of
stress and clear negative emotions from energetic body.

I am full of the souvenirs of your
presentation on Monday in Baden-Baden
on
the Rainbow-Festival.
In the prospect you have announced your
presentation very simple. But it was the best presentation I saw
on the festival.
It is the connection of the consciousness of the
new born child, the breath, the movement
of the sacrum and the
voice. My experience is the all-in-one. There is no separation,
no analyzation, no word which separates. There is no definition.
It is the light movement of the water-plants in
the water without aims.
It is
the feeling of being home. There is no wish and no suffer.
Simply being here, the
eternity of the moment.
This experience is the opposite of my usual
life-style:
I want to make plans, I want to set me a goal, I
want to reach the goal.
I am
in my ideas, in my head.
But what is happening, when I give me to the
moment?
What is happening, when I forget all my knowledge,
just being here?
How long can I stand without aims?
How long can I stand the experience of being the
new born child in the conscious of coming
from the unity of my
mother and my father and all my ancestors?
I am so glad to having met you both
I would like to came with my girl friend, when
you are in Munich in June 2008.

I like the workshop and the exercises with the voice very much.
This course also focused
on how to be in the centre of our own energy and a lot of work
with lower part of the body
- and I enjoyed that, because that I
missed from other shamans.
